These Terms govern use of the Military Staff Agency website. By using the website or submitting an application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not submit personal information through the service.

1. Purpose of the website
The website provides general information and multilingual application support for foreign citizens considering contract military service in Russia. MSA is not a government authority and does not make the final decision on eligibility or acceptance.
2. Application status
Submitting an online form is a request for initial review and contact. It is not an employment offer, military contract, visa, invitation, acceptance decision or guarantee of travel, assignment, compensation, benefits, residence or citizenship.
3. User responsibilities
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of using the service.
- Information and documents must be accurate, current and belong to you or be provided with lawful authority.
- You must independently read and understand official documents before signing them.
- You must not misuse the website, bypass security, submit malicious code, impersonate another person or interfere with other applications.
4. Information, payments and legal procedures
Figures, timelines, routes, requirements and procedures displayed on the website are general information and may change. Binding conditions are determined by the authorised organisation and the documents presented in the official procedure. MSA cannot guarantee approval, a particular role, a fixed payment amount or a particular legal outcome.
5. Third-party services
The website may link to messengers, social networks, analytics providers and other third-party services. Their availability, security and data practices are governed by their own terms and policies. MSA is not responsible for third-party services outside its control.
6. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the website design, text, graphics, logo and software are owned by or licensed to MSA. They may not be copied, republished, sold or used to impersonate MSA without prior written permission.
7. Availability and limitation of liability
We aim to keep information and services available and accurate but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation or error-free content. To the extent permitted by law, MSA is not liable for decisions made solely on general website information, third-party failures or events outside reasonable control.
8. Suspension and changes
We may restrict access, reject abusive or fraudulent submissions and change the website or these Terms. The current version becomes effective when published on this page.
