Application process: from online form to official review

A structured process protects both the applicant and the receiving organisation. Each stage has a different purpose, and an applicant should know which stage has been completed before taking the next action.

1. Submit accurate information

Complete the form once using consistent personal and contact details. Duplicate applications can slow down matching and create conflicting records. If information changes, tell the coordinator instead of creating repeated submissions.

2. Speak with a verified coordinator

The coordinator reviews the application, asks follow-up questions and explains which documents or checks may be required. Verify the account you are speaking with and keep the conversation history.

3. Complete official steps

Document verification, medical assessment, migration procedures, travel and contract signing are separate stages. Do not describe yourself as accepted until the competent organisation has completed the required checks and issued the relevant documents.

Frequently asked questions

How long does the process take?

Timing varies by case, document readiness and official procedures. A website submission cannot guarantee a date.

Should I submit the form several times?

No. Submit once and use your existing reference when contacting support.
