Documents for a foreign applicant: preparation guide
The online form collects only the information needed for an initial review. Additional documents may be requested later. The exact official list must be confirmed for the individual case before travel or submission of originals.
Identity documents
Prepare a valid passport or another document accepted for identity verification. Check that names, numbers and dates are readable. Do not alter scans, crop important fields or submit a document belonging to another person.
Supporting information
Depending on the case, a coordinator may ask for residence information, contact details, qualifications, a driving licence or evidence of previous experience. A request for a supporting document does not itself confirm eligibility.
Safe document handling
Upload files only through the stated application flow or send them to a verified coordinator. Do not publish passport images in public chats. Keep originals with you unless an authorised receiving organisation formally requests them.
Frequently asked questions
Is a passport upload always required?
Not necessarily for the first contact. Follow the current form and the verified coordinator’s instructions.
Should I send original documents by post?
Do not send originals unless the need, recipient and procedure have been formally confirmed.
