Relocation, travel and accommodation for foreign applicants
Travel should be planned only after the relevant checks and written instructions are complete. Applicants should know who will receive them, where they are expected to go and which costs or arrangements have been formally confirmed.
Before buying a ticket
Confirm the destination, date, route, entry and transit requirements and the name of the receiving contact. A general invitation to continue the process is not the same as confirmed travel instructions.
Accommodation and arrival
Ask for the first-night address, contact procedure and what accommodation is included, temporary or self-funded. Keep essential documents, money and communication access with you during the journey.
Changes and emergencies
Routes and schedules can change. Share itinerary changes with the verified coordinator, retain emergency contacts and do not follow last-minute instructions from an unverified account.
Frequently asked questions
Should I buy a ticket immediately after applying?
No. Wait for the required checks and written travel confirmation.
Is accommodation always included?
Do not assume it is. Confirm the location, duration, conditions and responsible organisation in writing.
